The letter "W" stands for "Winter" or cold-start viscosity. Its value can be 0, 5, 10, 15, or 25. Here its value is "5", which is below 0'C. A value of "10" is about 0'C. In Hawaii, the temperature rarely drops to 0'C, so 10W is adequate.
The second number "30" here means how thick the oil is. More recent vehicles use less thick oil, such that the value can be "20".

Good for new cars, certified used cars, or other relatively new
used cars of 3-5 years age. To go to a dealer, you should be prepared
with a relatively high budget, and be ready to negotiate. Tax and other
fees may be up to around $1000. So ask for "out of door price" which is
all the cost add up together.

Note that some commercial/private dealers may post in "owner" section,
which should be avoided if you only want to buy from a private owner.
Get the year, make, model, trim, mileage and price information.
